Tangerine Dream was founded in 1967 in Berlin by Edgar Froese. The band has released over one hundred albums in the past 55 years. They were called "the pioneers of electronic music" by The Guardian and was nominated seven times for a Grammy. These electronica pioneers from the Berlin school gained fame with their soundtracks, including for 'Sorcerer' (William Friedkin), 'Thief' (Michael Mann), 'Risky Business', 'The Keep', 'Firestarter' and 'Legend' (Ridley Scott), as well as for 'Grand theft auto V' (the 2013 game). Live, Tangerine Dream always gives a unique performance, which, as usual, ends with a solid piece of improvisation.
