In just a few years, the Swiss duo Aliose has made a name for themselves in the French pop scene. Their debut EP, "Pixels" (2016), paved the way for their album "Comme On Respire" (2017), produced by Pierre Jaconelli (Zazie, Benjamin Biolay, Calogero, Johnny Hallyday, etc.).
Alizé and Xavier have a strong affinity for French chanson, rooted in the 1970s, and were influenced from an early age by artists such as Maxime Le Forestier, Alain Souchon, Michel Polnareff, Michel Berger, and William Sheller. They have also immersed themselves in the more contemporary French-language scene: -M-, Camille, Philippe Katerine, Benjamin Biolay, Tété, Jérémie Kisling, and more recently, Gaël Faye, Voyou, and Pomme are just a few of the artists they have listened to repeatedly.
In the spring of 2020, following the success of their singles "Loin" and "Me Passer de Toi", Aliose returned with "J'ai Oublié" from their album "Regarde ailleurs", produced in collaboration with Ziggy and Romain from the Belgian group PUGGY.
