Walloon band Roscoe's third album ‘Folds’ features a highly varied palette of syncopated beats blending with irrepressible steel drum riffs and catchy vocals. With previous records ‘Cracks’ and ‘Mont Royal’, Roscoe earned a nice spot on the belpop scene last decade. Their orchestral folk-pop was reminiscent of Girls In Hawaii and Balthazar, among others, although it was always allowed to sound a bit more expansive and rural with the people from Liège.
