Jan-Wouter Van Gestel has always been a searching soul. He was the winner of De Nieuwe Lichting, and with songs like ‘This Fight’, ‘Goodbye’ and ‘Queen of Sheeba’ he was soon Belgian musical royalty. He ended up travelling for an extended period in search of a musical home. He eventually found peace in Indonesia and returned to Belgium with more than 75 songs. The result ‘Come a Little Closer’ is Tout Va Bien's second full-length album and meanders between blissful and dark pop songs.
