With over 25 years on the clock, Zeeland group Racoon is more popular than ever. The men used to write exclusively English-language songs, but with 'Ocean' (2012) they had a huge hit. They made the switch to the all-Dutch album 'Spijt Is Iets Voor Later', which won an Edison and whose single 'Het Is Al Laat Toch' became that year's biggest Dutch hit. Racoon subsequently played just about every concert hall (including a sold-out Ahoy) and many festivals in our northern neighbourhood.
